団体概要

今現在、日本では多くの外国人材が入国し働いています。
その中で最も注目されているのが技能実習生です。しかし、この技能実習制度を巡って多くの社会問題が生まれています。
賃金の未払いや、差別や暴力などを受け相談やサポート出来る場所も人もおらず、失踪し苦しんでる人が多くいるのです。

厚生労働省の調べによると、年間約9000人もの外国人が失踪し３年間で約３万人いるという統計がででいます。
今現在も、失踪し行き場を失っている実習生や企業で問題を抱えている実習生が多くいます。
そこで、われわれを始めとし多くの企業や団体、個人の皆様と協力しこの問題を無くしていく為に活動しています。

As of now, many foreign human resources are entering and working in Japan.
The most noticeable of these are technical intern trainees. However, many social problems have arisen around this technical intern training system.
There are no places or people who can consult and support due to unpaid wages, discrimination and violence, and many people are disappearing and suffering.

According to a survey by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, there are statistics that about 9,000 foreigners disappear annually and about 30,000 people disappear in three years.
Even now, there are many trainees who have disappeared and lost their place, or who have problems at companies.
Therefore, we are working to eliminate this problem in cooperation with many companies, organizations, and individuals, including us.
